Our Trainings

Why we need training:-

From my experiences it is clear that we invite a large numbers of prospects/guests but a few start their vision with us. Before invite guests we build rapport with people. Suppose we build rapport with 50 people, but we able to show the business plan only 10. And within this 10 persons only 1 person agree to work with us. Some times no body join with us. The highly educated person always avoid this kind of business, because they are relay on job. Most of the under graduate students join, but their lack of knowledge, lack of talent, less education, lack of foresight, disinterest to study, not work to be a leader, not to endure sufferings. So the rate of success is very very low. 

Do you know why ?

Only the reason is proper training to build self capability. We are unable to motivate a guest in a proper way. We who conduct a business plan or basic trainings do not consider the classification of the guests. We treat all the guests as same category. Conceptually all the guests are not same, receiving capability differ from each other. So, the trainer should build him/her self  as a supreme trainer on TIENS business. Only then the drop out rate can be reduce. It is completely unfair to measure all the guests in the same scale. We need to emphasis on graduates and over. So, if we want to join the graduates and over, first we should design the business plan and training materials in a high profile

We arrange the following program for the new commer guests and the distributors:-

1. Plan Show: Plan show/Seminar is only for the new guests/prospects. Here we describe about our company, products, income and work procedure.

2. Basic Training: After join a prospect as a distributor, we arrange this training. We prepare the new distributor for work in the field. We don't allow new born distributors to start work without basic training. Generally a new distributor in not capable to digest the whole training by only a single training, but we have option for these distributors to receive the same training several times. We have a strong "Basic Training Curriculum" for the trainer to train the distributors. This module is not available in any offices of TIENS except ICON Enterprise.

3. Advance Training-01: The distributor gathers some experience from the field. Some are positive and some are negative. This training make the distributor more sharp. Same as Basic Training Curriculum we have also a "Advance Training-01" module. And this also not available anywhere in Bangladesh.

4. Advance Training-02: The distributor usually makes some mistake in the field. So, we again refuel the distributor by this training.

5. Training of Trainers (ToT): It is absolute true without create leaders the Network Marketing Business will not sustain. In our country 80-90% joined distributors left this business due to proper leadership. ToT will make the distributos as a trainer to lead the team. ToT create a group of leaders. If any network maketeer focus on leadership, the drop out rate will decrease bellow 20%. ICON Enterprise have a ToT Module, which is not available any where.

6. Workshop: Very frequently we arrange workshop for different level distributors for energize them. They share their problems and also find the solution.
